Atlantic Building Performance, LLC is a remote technical consultancy specializing in third-party data verification for Maryland’s Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS). We provide the mandatory independent review of benchmarking data required for state compliance. Led by a Master HVACR Technician with advanced building science credentials—including Phius CPHC, LEED AP O+M, and BPI certifications—we deliver rigorous remote verification of building performance records and utility data. Our mission is to provide building owners with the certified technical sign-off necessary to ensure accurate ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager® reporting and meet all Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) deadlines.
